Background
smava is not only a comparison platform for consumer loans. There are various offers from mortgage to vehicle financing to debt rescheduling. The right loan offers at low interest rates, free of charge and without obligation, with the highest level of data security.
Mission
Our task was to develop seamless, user-centric experiences. The key focus was on making loans transparent and easily understandable for a wide range of customers. This required building a new foundation, including a design system, usage principles, and documentation methods, all adhering to material design standards. This initiative aimed to improve collaboration with the development team.
Solution
Users can swiftly select from various offers provided by different banks, and the entire process leading up to loan payment can be conducted entirely digitally. Furthermore, credit advisors are available to assist with any financing-related queries, and there are no costs incurred by the users.
